    Dave Reilly, a lifelong resident of Niagara, joined PerformanceCars in 1987. He was recruited from a local Volkswagen, Porsche, and Audi dealership. Over the years, Dave has been entrusted with many different roles and, in 2004, was appointed President of PerformanceCars.

    A proponent of promoting from within and in helping others to achieve their career goals, Dave believes that "Together, as a committed team, we have a greater impact in the marketplace than any single group of individuals."

    Dave enjoys golf and the great outdoors. His philosophy is to enjoy life today for it is a precious gift, and we need to make the most of it.

    Niels Pedersen was born and raised on a beef farm in Erin, Ontario. He entered the retail automotive industry in 1985 representing General Motors and Hyundai before joining PerformanceCars in 1990 as a sales and leasing consultant for Performance Lexus-Toyota. Niels was promoted to sales management and was appointed General Manager of Performance Lexus-Toyota in 2002.

    Today, Niels is Vice-President and General Manager of Performance Lexus-Toyota and is a partner in PerformanceCars. He is a graduate of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) General Dealership Management Program and is a recipient of PerformanceCars Herb Mann Memorial Award. Niels champions the fact that "We are all centres of influence in a highly-relational business."

    An accomplished pianist, Niels enjoys performing with his local dance band, the Jukebox Junkies.

    Andrew Marchand was born in Brockville, Ontario, and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University. He joined PerformanceCars in 1992 as a sales and leasing consultant for Performance Acura and was appointed General Manager of Performance BMW in January 2005.

    Today, Andrew is Vice-President of Performance BMW, General Manager of Performance Leaseline, and a partner in PerformanceCars. One of Andrew's strengths is his ability to build strong sales teams.

    In his spare time, Andrew can be found in his local arena coaching hockey.

    After graduating from high school, Carole Couturier joined the military then worked briefly for a Private Investigator before joining PerformanceCars in 1970 as Controller.

    Today, Carole is responsible for the financial health of 11 franchises and oversees a staff of nine accountants. She is the voice of reason in all matters and is held in high regard.

    Carole enjoys gardening, raising dogs, and spending time with her family.

    Bill Hrynczuk graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics, and later, obtained his CA designation with Clarkson Gordon (now Ernst & Young). He spent six years with Clarkson Gordon leaving as an Audit Manager. For the next 13 years, Bill was Controller, then CFO, of Great Lakes shipping companies. Bill joined PerformanceCars in 1994 as Chief Financial Officer.

    Today, as Director of Human Resources for PerformanceCars, Bill is responsible for the vitality of the company and its people. He has articulated the company's policies and procedures, ensured pay equity and promotion from within, and has implemented a company pension plan.

    Bill is a past board member of the St. Catharines YMCA, past executive with the Jordan Lions Minor Hockey Association, past member of St. Edward's School Council, and past volunteer with Junior Achievement.

    A resident of St. Catharines, Bill is married and has two children.

    Bill Anderson, the first employee hired by PerformanceCars, has had the distinct pleasure of working alongside the founders of the company for the past 44 years.

    Today, as Executive Director of Product Marketing, Bill is responsible for promoting all of PerformanceCars brands, forging partnerships, working with the sales staff on the inter-company referral program, and elevating PerformanceCars profile in the community.

    States Bill, "My career has been enhanced on a daily basis by the total commitment that this company demonstrates towards fairness, community involvement, and complete customer satisfaction.     Roseanne Morissette was born, raised, and lives in West Niagara. She graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and has a Professional Writing Certificate from Niagara College.

    Communications, entrepreneurialism, and volunteerism have been centralizing forces in Roseanne's life. She has represented a variety of industries: ready-mix concrete, agriculture, land development, residential and commercial construction, property management, health care, and now retail automotive.

    She served six years on the Board of Governors of Niagara College, was Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Lincoln Community Care, and was President of the Board of Directors of VON Niagara.

    As Director of Marketing & Communications, Roseanne enjoys advocating the amazing success story of PerformanceCars and its people. As a Rotarian, Roseanne is energized by the commitment to "Service above Self."

    Roseanne loves learning, listening to music, traveling, and laughing with her two nieces.
